The last two weeks have seen me running for 40 minutes - walk for 1 minute, run for 4 etc.
This week I plan to run 1-5 for 42 minutes.
Then the week after 1-5 for 48 minutes.
Then after that 1-6 for 49 minutes.

For my final week of training I plan to walk for 1, run for 7. I will do this for 56 minutes. That's the aim anyway!

I will get onto green issues on another posting.

I plan to see 'An Inconvenient Truth' soon as it was released a couple of weeks ago. Would have seen it already except I have just felt so busy recently!
