This week has been a truly feeble week in terms of training for my run.
In other words, I haven't done any.
Work and its stresses and strains feel like they have taken over somewhat. So by the time I get home I just feel too knackered to go out and do any running - be that around the block or on the treadmill.
Now some will probably say (and I'd agree with them), that getting out there running will help to ease my feelings of tiredness, help me feel better, and also be more productive/clear-minded in regards to my work.
But hey, I'm only human....so a minor setback this week :(
Ah well, back to it tomorrow. A good run outdoors for 35 minutes, followed by a shower and then some househunting.
