Building up my Stamina
Well my running plan seems to be going well so far.
This week I am now running for 35 minutes - 1 minute walk, 4 minute run etc.
I just feel more like I can keep going and going. I've done this plan twice this week...will do it again on the weekend. So far it's been very satisfying.
I went for a 30 minute run on the bank holiday weekend - in the rain! There was something very refreshing and nature-filled about it, if you get me.
I love walking, standing, even driving in the rain - but not when it's bucketing it down in droves...then it's not so pleasant.
Rain is a wondrous thing and we should all be grateful for it as without it we're a bit up the spout, so to speak HAHA!! :)
