Science and all that kind of thing was never my strongest subject at school. However this chap explains things in a really clear way, and gives some hope and ideas around how the mushroom family may help with environmental accidents, infection epidemics, food shortages, insect infestations and ecological stability. Fascinating, with almost scary potential. It's 17 minutes viewing but well worth it if you have the time.
