This idea may have flaws but it has the potential to be brilliant, and ever so slightly fair - AT THE VERY LEAST!

I saw a clip from this on BBC news but not all of it. Bill does shifty uncomfortable banker very well - and yes, the idea does have potential plus a sense of fair play too.
